Mr. William Anderson Scott, aka "Ted", age
66, of Teachey, died Sunday, May 5, 2013 at home.
Funeral services will be held from the Rose Hill Funeral Home
Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill, on Thursday, May 9, 2013
at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery,
Magnolia.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories one daughter: Vera
S. Lemon, Teachey; three step-daughters: Alice Brice, Philadelphia,
PA, April Scott and Dedra Cromartie, both of Wilmington, NC; one
son, William Murphy, Wallace; two brothers: Marvin Scott (Roberta),
Wallace, NC and Joe Scott (Pearl), Butner, NC; three sisters:
Margaret Handy (Nathaniel) Philadelphia, PA, Lynette Vann, Warsaw,
NC and Barbara Kea (Willie), Rose Hill, NC; aunt, Florence Love,
Wallace, NC; uncles: Joe Henry Scott, Clinton, MD and J. Brice,
New York, NY; sisters-in-law: Gwendolyn Scott, Rose Hill, NC,
Rosie Jones, Wallace, NC and Alice Brice, Wallace, NC; special
friend, Carolyn Scott, Clayton, NC; three grandchildren, seven
great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other loving
relatives and friends.
A visitation of family and friends will be held on Thursday, May
9, 2013 from 12 noon to 1 pm, at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel,
one hour prior to the funeral.
