Mrs. Dorothy Lee Boney Carroll, age 76, of Warsaw, died Thursday, August 30th , at Kitty Askins in Goldsboro.
Funeral service will be held from the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel in Rose Hill on Tuesday, September 4th at 2:00 pm. Rev. William Hagans officiating. Burial will follow at Boney Family Cemetery in Rose Hill.
Left to cherish her precious memories: husband, John Roy Carroll of Warsaw; son, John M. Carroll of Brooklyn, NY; daughters, Hermata "Elaine" Simmons and Anita Jarman, both of Magnolia; brother, Clifton Boney, Jr. (Hyok Kwon) of Fayetteville; sisters, Yvonne Smith of Trenton, NJ and Mary James of Rose Hill; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, two brothers-in-law; a host of other relatives and friends that loved her dearly.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 4th from 1 to 2 pm, at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.

Visitation will be held from the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel in Rose Hill on Saturday, September 8th from 5 to 8 pm. Burial will follow on Sunday, September 9th at 10 am at Lopez Cemetery in Wallace.

Funeral service will be held from the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 9030 Harnett-Dunn Hwy, Dunn, NC on Saturday, September 15th at 12 noon. Rev. Floyd Ray officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery, Hwy 903, Magnolia.

Funeral service will be held at First Missionary Baptist Church of Magnolia, 423 W. Carroll St., Magnolia, NC on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Tony R. Harrington, Pastor, officiating and Pastor Travis D. Newkirk, grandson, eulogist. Burial will be held at the Moore Family Cemetery Hwy 117 Warsaw, North Carolina.
Left to cherish her precious memories are two sons: James Herman Wilson (Peggy) of Stokesdale, NC and Karl Thomas Wilson (Brenda) of Magnolia, NC; three daughters: Colleen Wilson Newkirk (Edmund) of Magnolia, NC, Benita Wilson Harris of Reidsville, NC and Patricia Wilson Cyrus (Reginald) of Greensboro, NC; two brothers: Ivory James Moore (Martha) of Tarboro, NC and Johnny Shelton Moore of Warsaw, NC; five sisters: Willie Ruth Murfree of Warsaw, NC, Christine Judge (Vennell) of Beulaville, NC, Marlene Jones (James) of Philadelphia, PA, Grace Patricia Moore and Helen Diane Ford (John) both of Warsaw, NC; thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends that loved her dearly.
