Robert Brinson, Jr., age 62, died Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be held from the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel in Rose Hill on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Rev. Ruth Pugh officiating. Burial will follow at Ed Brinson Family Cemetery in Magnolia.
Left to cherish his precious memories are two sons: Terrell Powell (Deborah) of Wallace and Terrance Brinson (Fionia) of Kenansville; three daughters: Katina Coston of Rose Hill, Nakyisha Smith and Tammy Glasper of Warsaw; one brother, Ronnie G. Brinson of Magnolia; four sisters: Mary E. Winters of Magnolia, Ruby L. McLaughlin of Washington, DC, Bessie Best-Shields of Upper Marlboro, MD and Connie Brinson of Woodbridge, VA; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, five aunts, two uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and countless loving relatives and friends.

Mr. Kenneth Ray Stallings, age 74, of Rose Hill, died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.
Funeral services will be held from the New Christian Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 2283 S NC 11 Hwy, Rose Hill, on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 1 pm. Rev. Cameron Hankins officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Left to cherish his precious memories are one son, Stephen Ray Stallings of Queens, NY; two daughters: Stephanie McArthur (James) of Rose Hill and Carol Fryar (George) of Smithfield; three brothers: James Philemon Stallings (Delia), Eric Wadell Stallings and Terry Jeffrey Stallings, all of Wallace; three grandchildren; one aunt, Katie Pigford of Jacksonville; a host of nieces, nephews and countless loving relatives and friends.

Mrs. Betty Jane Spearman Maggett, age 72, of Wallace, died Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington.
Funeral services will be held from the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, Rose Hill, on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 1 pm. Rev. James Canty, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Spearman Cemetery in Garland.
Left to cherish her precious memories are one son, Reginald Collins Maggett of Wallace; four brothers: Henry Spearman, Jr. (Ann) of NJ, J.B.
