Mr. Bobby Earl Dixon, age 67, of Kenansville, died Sunday, August 29, 2021, at home. Funeral service will be Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 4:00 pm at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Left to cherish his precious memories are his wife, Daisy Phillips Dixon of Rose Hill, NC; two sons; Bobby Earl Dixon, Jr. of Magnolia, NC and Alex Dixon of Rose Hill, NC; two daughters: Anesha Houston of Kenansville, NC and Nicole Dixon of Rose Hill, NC; mother, Mary Sloan of Kinston, NC; three brothers: Sammy Sloan of Kenansville, Hubert Sloan and James D. Collins, both of Beulaville, NC; three sisters: Annie Mae Dixon of Raleigh, NC, Regina Collins of Garner, NC and Pat Hines of Rose Hill, NC; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild; three aunts: Joan Smith and Linda Olds, both of Kinston, NC and Bettie Dixon of Raleigh, NC; former wife, Annie D. Dixon of Magnolia, NC; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly. A visitation of family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, from 3 pm to 4 pm, at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.
