Charles Anthony Glaspie, age 56, of Richlands, NC, formerly of Warsaw, NC passed away on Monday, October 12, 2026 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC. "Tunky," as he was fondly, called was the son of the late Charlie and Rosa Bell McFadden Glaspie. 

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill, NC 28458. A public viewing will be held from 12:00 noon until 12:50pm. (prior to the service). 

Those left to cherish his precious memories: his wife, Kimberly Waters Glaspie; children, Denonne Waters, Malik Smith (Qamariah), Shamod Glaspie (TyKeisha), Jamiroquia Faison (Briana) and Zeneiya McAllister; eight grandchildren; five sisters, Marylin Williams (Joe), Rosa Jarman (Vernon), Gail Womack (Edgar), Annie Robinson (Andre') and Janet Coley (Swindell); father-in-law, William Petteway (Yvonne); three sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law; a host of nieces and nephews that loved him dearly. 

The family will receive friends at 155 Rainbow Road, Warsaw, NC 28398.

 Due to delayed burial the family asks for no flowers on stands, but graciously welcome any potted plants.
