Mr. Cleveland Dale Bowen, age 71, of Hampton, Virginia formerly of Willard, NC passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at his home in Hampton, Virginia.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Newkirk Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 2990 Willard Road, Willard, NC. The viewing will be from 12:00 noon till 2:00 pm, two hours prior to the service. Burial will follow at African American Community Gardens (Newkirk Chapel).
