Mr. Donald David Carr, age 73, of Rose Hill, NC (Greenevers Community), passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11:00 am at New Christian Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Hwy 11, Rose Hill, NC. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Left to cherish his precious memories are his daughter, Kimberly W. Brown (Gary) of Wallace, NC; three sisters: Carolyn Carr-Walker (Ron) of Greensboro, NC, Sandra Carr Jackson (Caesar) and D. Annette Carr, both of Durham, NC; two brothers: Harold Carr and Dwight Carr (Kim), both of Rose Hill, NC; one grandchild, Irving Brown of Athens, Ohio; one uncle, Bobby Carr; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss him dearly.
