Mrs. Earlene Louvenia Pickett Stroud, age 83, of Durham, NC passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Carver Living Center in Durham, NC.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Rose at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery in Magnolia, NC.

Left to cherish her precious memories: two daughters: Marlena Stroud of Durham, NC and Charlena Stroud of Raleigh, NC; god-daughter, Rev. Bert Smith (Swindell) of Magnolia, NC; three sisters-in-law: Mary Stroud of Kenansville, NC, Carrie Mallory of Landover, MD and Addie Mae Winfield of Temple Hill, MD; one aunt, Eloise Matthews of Hampton, VA;  nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss her dearly.
