Earline Brice Hobbs

Mrs. Earline Brice Hobbs, age 89, formally of Wallace, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025 in Trenton, NJ.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel in Rose Hill, NC. Burial will follow at Murray Cemetery in Wallace, NC.

Left to cherish her precious memories are four sons: George Hobbs, Jr. (Mary) of Pikeville, NC, James Hobbs (Violet) of Goldsboro, NC, William Hobbs (Alice) of Ewing, NJ and Teaman Hobbs (Linda) of Lawrenceville, NJ; two daughters: Patricia G. Hobbs of Hamilton, NJ and Katie D. Morgan (Jeffrey) of Roebling, NJ; three sisters: Mary E. Turner (James) of Wallace, NC, Alberta Batts (Raymond) of Chinquapin, NC and Wilma Simmons of Albemarle, NC; eighteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; two daughters-in- law, Sureatha Hobbs and Janice Hobbs; one sister-in-law, Betty Ruth Hobbs; one brother-in-law, Sammy L. Hobbs; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss her dearly.
