Joshua Coleman Singletary

          Mr. Joshua Coleman Singletary, age 33, of Lanham, MD, formerly of Rose Hill, NC passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023 at home.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023, from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm at New Christian Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 2283 S NC 11 Hwy in Rose Hill, NC followed by the funeral at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Duplin Memorial Gardens, Hwy 117 in Teachey, NC.

Left here to cherish his precious memories are his parents: Katrina K. Singletary of Rose Hill, NC, Henry C. Singletary of Bladenboro, NC; grandmother, Regenia Kenan of Rose Hill, NC; three siblings: Zachery Singletary of Greensboro, NC, Ashley R. Singletary and Briana K. Singletary, both of Rose Hill, NC; fiancé, Amira Alexander of Alexandria, VA;  four uncles: Lorenzo Kenan (Sonya) of Bowie, MD, Daniel Kenan (Antionette) of Angier, NC, Michael Kenan of Pensacola, FL and Marvin Singletary (Brenda) of District Heights, MD; four aunts: Sarah K. Johnson (Sidney) of Bristow, VA, Emma Dudley (Cornelius) of Glenn Dale, MD, Yvella Bradshaw (Harold) of Jamestown, NC and Lydia Chatmon (Albert, Sr.) of Clinton, MD; numerous cousins, other loving relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
