Mrs. Mary Elizabeth McNeil Tatum, age 84, of Rose Hill, NC Transitioned from Labor to Reward on Friday, September 25, 2020, at her residence. Funeral service will be Noon Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill, NC. Rev. Lilly Hollingsworth, officiating. Burial will follow at Allen Community Cemetery, Rose Hill (Delway Community). Left to cherish her precious memories are two sons, Franklin B. Tatum (Betty) of Rose Hill and James L. Tatum (Jean) of Durham; three daughters: Delphine Tillman (Willmon) of Rose Hill, Karen Becton (Henry) of Turkey, and Gailey Tatum of Durham; two sisters, Gwendolyn Taylor of Indianapolis, IN and Denise Crawford of Silver Spring, MD; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, two great, great-grandchildren; two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss her dearly. A walk-through viewing for relatives and friends will be Monday, September 28, 2020, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, Rose Hill, NC.
