          Mrs. Mary Ethel Farrior Rogers, age 76, of Rose Hill, NC passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at her home.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at New Christian Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 2286 S NC 11 Hwy, Rose Hill, NC. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery, 1462 S Kenansville Bypass, Magnolia, NC.

Left to cherish her precious memories two sons: James Farrior (Pauline) of Rose Hill, NC and Alfred Rogers, Jr. of Durham, NC; three daughters: Linda Gavin (Steve) of Durham, NC, Cliss Ann Farrior (James) of Warsaw, NC and Shanta Rogers (Rodney) of Durham, NC; six sisters: Sheila Newkirk (Jackie) of Willard, NC, Joann Herring and Brenda Rogers (Ray) both of Wallace, NC; Denise Hayes (Reginald), Alesia Higgins and Thelma Murphy, all of Wilmington, NC; one brother, Bennie Higgins (Claudette) of Wilmington, NC; two aunts: Melvina K. Farrior and Donnie Frances Bradshaw; one uncle, Robert Bradshaw; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
