Mrs. Patsy Glaspie McMillan, aka “Tootie Gal”, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at ECU Health Duplin Hospital in Kenansville, NC.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Burial will follow at Moore Glaspie Cemetery in Magnolia, NC.
Left to cherish her precious memories: husband, Allen McMillan of Teachey, three children: Earl McMillan of Durham, NC, Allen Drew McMillan, Jr. and Delphine Modlin, both of Kinston, NC; one brother, Council Glaspie (Joyce) of Wallace, NC, one sister, Annette Wilson (Floyd) of Willard, NC; eight grandchildren, one aunt, a host of cousins and friends that will miss her dearly.
