Ray Rogers, Jr.

          Mr. Ray Rogers, Jr., age 74, of Teachey, NC passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am followed by the funeral services at 11:00 am at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Burial will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery in Magnolia, NC.

Left to cherish his precious memories: three sons: Donald David Farrior (Latonya) and Ray Demont Rogers (Beverly), both of Clinton, NC and Donald Ray “Von” Rogers of Teachey, NC; two daughters: Belinda Gail Rogers of Wilmington, NC and Tiwanda N. Rogers of Warsaw, NC; six brothers: Charles Rogers (Nettie) and Willie James Rogers, both of Warsaw, NC, Jerry D. Rogers, Bobby Rogers, Russell Rogers, all of Teachey, NC and Kim Rogers (Delinda), of Wallace, NC; one sister, Audrey Rogers Lanier (Stephen) of Wallace, NC; one brother-in-law, Bennie Higgins (Claudette) of Wilmington, NC; two sisters-in-law: Denise Hayes (Leon) and Alesia Higgins, both of Wilmington, NC; fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, nine brothers-in-law, ten sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss him dearly.
