A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Rose Hill Funeral Home in Rose Hill, NC. Burial will follow at Murray Family Cemetery in Willard, NC.

Left to cherish his precious memories; wife: Victoria; children: Carsten, Antwone and Kyle, all of Magnolia, NC; parents: Edell Blakney of Rose Hill, NC and Eddie Murray of Willard, NC; brothers: Eddie Murray, Jr. of Elizabethtown, NC and Samuel Murray (Delphine) of Raleigh, NC; mother-in-law, Mary Ann James of Willard, NC; grandmother-in-law, Queen Heyward; eight aunts, nine uncles, four sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law; god-parents: Ogden Batts (Arlatha) of Wallace, NC; two god-children: Kwa’jae Lea and Jordan Jones; sister/cousin: Monica Simmons of Wallace, NC and Ann Jackson (Michael) of Pensacola, FL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss him dearly.
