Vernell Boney

           Mr. Vernell Boney, age 76, of Wallace, NC passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation of Wallace.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, 259 Jack Dale Road in Wallace, NC at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Duplin Memorial Gardens in Teachey, NC.

Left to cherish his precious memories are his son, Reginald James of Rose Hill, NC and daughter, Roslyn Rice-Boney from Atlanta, GA; one sister, Verstine B. McKinzie (James) of Teachey, NC; three grandchildren: Zuri Rios, Nyiyah Myke and N’Yane Sarai Myke; one aunt, Ruthel Sloan, Wallace, NC; numerous relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
