Winfred "Chucky" Perry Wright, Jr.

On March 11, 2022, Winfred Perry Wright, Jr, age 52, went to be with the Lord. Funeral service will take place on March 18, 2022 at 11:00 am at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Interment will follow at Bryant Family Cemetery in Rose Hill, NC. He was born on March 15, 1969 in Brooklyn, NY. Upon graduating from Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School he entered the United States Marine Corps where he served honorably for 6 years leaving the Corps as a Sergeant. In 1999 he began his career with the Baltimore County Police Department where he served as a police officer and a training instructor. His primary hobbies included travel and cigars. Mr. Wright was the husband of Joselyn Wright; father of Ashley Durham and the late Timothy J. Wright; step-father of Rafy Justo, grandfather of Avianna Justo; son of Winfred P. Wright Sr. and the late Alpha Bryant; brother of Kishi Lisane; also survived by several nieces, cousins and other beloved family members.
